# Dashboard settings

> Customize a dashboard's URL and toggle the display of Equals branding in View mode

Users with [permission to edit a Workbook](https://docs.equals.com/docs/manage-dashboard-access-and-permissions#view-and-edit-access) can edit its dashboard's settings by clicking `Dashboard settings` in the top-right of a dashboard. From here, you can:

1. Customize the URL used to open and share the dashboard in `View mode`
2. Toggle the display of Equals branding in the footer of the dashboard in `View mode`
