# Drilldowns

Drilldowns let you trace any summarized value back to its source. When a cell, chart, or dashboard tile is built on data pulled in from a query, Equals knows exactly which underlying rows produced that value. With a single click, you can open those rows in a drilldown view - without writing a new query or leaving your workbook.

## Using drilldowns

You'll find drilldowns in several places throughout a workbook and its dashboards:

* **Cells**: Right-click a cell built on query data and select *Drill down*.
* **Charts**: Right-click a data point on the chart and select *Drill down*.
* **Dashboard tiles**: Hover a table cell and select *Drill down*.
